R etail License

The Retail license allows the Licensee an unlimited number of prints and reprints of this image as a photograph and no other form. Examples not allowed include but are not limited to Greeting cards, T-Shirts, Mugs, Key chains, Postcards, etc.. The photographs can be sold in the licensee's own retail location/s only. The licensee cannot sell, lend, or trade or allow in any way this license or the use of the image in whole or in part or manipulated in any way, to anyone else. All other copyrights are retained by J Wesley.

In other words you can make prints to sell directly to the consumer at your own retail location or web site. You can mount, matt, or frame the prints as you would like in your retail location. You cannot send them out for this type of processing you must do it at your location. You cannot give anyone else a copy of the file in any form or allow the use of the files, whether in whole or impart or any derivative of the file to anyone else.
